The aim of these projects are to empower people to take charge of their life, to take charge of their health and to overcome the challenges they face due to addictions, domestic violence and dysfunctional family dynamics.

Dance is not just a physical activity; dance is a form of expression. It is a time where the child gets to move to music, where they get to express themselves and where they learn how to release their emotions in a positive way.

The CAFDA SKILLS TRAINING COURSES offers basic courses that will empower the individuals on the course to follow a chosen career path; it gives both practical and theoretical knowledge which will equip the person to seek employment or use the skills to start a small business.

The purpose of the program is to promote social activity among our senior citizens, getting them active and giving them purpose and an interest outside of their home environment.

Children who are left unsupervised are the most vulnerable and often become targets within the communities, especially where there are gangs active within the community. The Junior Resource Centre aims to provide a safe haven for children during school holidays and after school.

The aim of this project is to start with a vegetable garden at the Junior Resources Centre, teach children to grow vegetables that can be used to feed them. The project will be rolled out to other locations within the community, teaching them to grow and maintain the gardens. Growing their own vegetables will encourage a sustainable lifestyle change.

Finding a job is not an easy task and ensuring that you get an interview for a job is an even more difficult task. The Job Readiness Program assists candidates to prepare for the job interview process, this includes having a proper CV and preparing for the interview itself.
